    Try this

Network -> WAN -> DHCP Lease Info -> renew DHCP lease

And this will release the old IP and try to acquire a new one

I have the same question, but I want to release the dhcp lease, not renew it

That will kill your WAN right? if you want to do that, you can just remove the WAN

Yes, and I need to do that because when migrating to a new router (upgrading my Firewalla from Gold Plus to Gold Pro), my ISP (Frontier Fios) will not assign a DHCP address to a new MAC address without the old router first releasing its DHCP lease.

You can just disconnect the old router's ethernet cable and that's a much simpler and cleaner solution right?
