Youtube video is blocked (not suppose to be)

I get the following error, however nothing is blocked: 

This video is restricted. Please check the Google Workspace administrator and/or the network administrator restrictions

  I meant to say nothing is resricted on Firewall. All video is enabled and an additional rule enables youtube.com and youtu.be I cannot locate any restrictions that woud prevent the video from dissplaying. Not in my google profile either.

  Check your "safe search" settings, it is likely blocked by that. If you don't have it on, then it is blocked by your admin... It is not the network layer for sure.
