Zero'd out upload speeds

Hi,

My home network has been incredibly slow lately, and managed to trace it back to upload speeds from the purple router itself.  Plugging my laptop directly into the ISP's line gives ~400Mbps up and ~200Mbps down, and the http://fire.walla:8833/ss/ results between my laptop and the router (through a small WAP) are also very good.  But running librespeed-cli directly on the box's CLI gives 200Mbps down but only 0.20Mbps up.  I've rebooted the router multiple times, turned off IPv6, and turning off unbound and adblock, all to no avail.  Is there something I'm missing?  Router was working just fine a few weeks ago, and I didn't change any settings in the meantime.

Problem is so bad that I'm writing this while tethered to my phone's network.
