Turning off VPN fails on iOS

My VPN is having problems. Ok, I’ll turn it off for a bit. But I can’t. I know you can’t fix my VPN, but why on earth couldn’t you turn it off? It thinks and thinks and then I get a message that says “Failed to disable VPN. Please try again later.”

  I just created a ticket for you. Please send the error screen you have to us, if not, they may you to send over the logs and see why the system can't disable VPN
