Unlikely that firewalla will block quickconnect. Does that service require you to do port forwarding? or have a publicIP?

QuickConnect is not supposed to require port forwarding (PDF link). It's basically some sort of proxy service run by Synology, as I understand, that should "just work," as it has in the past for me with other routes, but it hasn't been working since I switched to Firewalla.

Another indicator that Firewalla is blocking something is that it works when I enable "emergency access." Yet, when I look at my Synology device's traffic, I can't see anything being blocked that's obviously causing the problem.

If emergency access works, please look at your rules sections; If this thing is VPN like, check family mode, ad blocker ...

I don't have Family Mode enabled, but I did have Ad Block enabled. However, disabling Ad Block doesn't fix it.
