Upgrade Gold Plus to Ubuntu 22 FAIL with Cannot identify NIC: Operation not supported
I just tried the official Gold series article "Firewalla Gold Series: How to Flash Installer Image" which had me download and flash (with Etcher) to a 16GB USB stick: "fireupdater-3.0.0929.img.gz (Ubuntu 22.04 LTS)".
It notifies me on an attached HDMI display of "FAIL Cannot identify NIC: Operation not supported". Is there a problem updating the Gold Plus with its 2.5Gbps NIC, or is something else at fault?
Also, is there a way to figure out what version of Ubuntu is currently installed?
FYI, I thought I would get ahead of the curve since at one time I though I saw something about CAKE preferring Ubuntu 22. And as far as I know, Firewalla won't update Ubuntu ever, leaving it the responsibility of the owner.

Did you connect the red dongle? if not, please connect it. If you ever modified the hardware (Such as adding memory, please revert)
Otherwise, please send help@firewalla.com an email, we may need your serial number and license number to look at it further.
