Limited access to NAS drive, need some help

I know enough to be dangerous so I’m looking for help from those with more IT knowledge than me. My system: Netgear cable modem to Firewalla Gold acting as router. Wired connect from Firewalla to Netgear Orbi mesh WAP (router mode off), wired connection to Apple AirPort Extreme (no broadcasting, no routing, simply hosting 2 NAS drives). From my Mac computers, I can access the 2 NAS drives connected to the AirPort Extreme for back ups, etc. BUT I cannot see the NAS drives from my iPhone “Files” app or from any of my Windows (10) machines. Before I used the Firewalla, I could connect to the NAS drives from any device on my network when the Orbi had router duty. What have I done wrong that would hide the NAS from some devices on the network (iPhone and Win10) but not others. I’m sure I must have a setting wrong or a port blocked, etc. Can anyone help?   Are you accessing the NAS devices all from the same LAN?. if you are, then firewalla is not involved in the data path. Likely, you need to setup or look at settings of the airport extreme, and make sure it can be accessed from the WAN interface.

  All the same LAN. And wireless connection is the only connection for the computers. Macs can find them, Win10 machines and my iPhone cannot.

  The problem can't be related to firewalla, the reason is all the network traffic on the same LAN do not go through firewalla.
