VPN Client needs to access device on other side of site to site VPN

I have a bit of an odd situation that I haven't been able to work through yet and could use a hand!  Diagram below helps visualize my issue.  I have VPN clients (via Wireguard) that connect to a Firewalla Purple (#1).  This Firewalla Purple has a Bi-Directional VPN setup with another Firewalla Purple (#2).  The #2 Firewalla Purple has an NVR that needs to be accessible by the VPN clients that are connected to Purple#1.

I know I need to setup some allowance rules, but each variation I have tried does not yield results.  Subnets are shown below.  thank you for any help I can get!

  On the client side, did you add the device need to access the NVR to the list of devices?
