Blue plus Boot Issue

Blue plus that has become inaccessible on the app. I don’t see it pulling an IP on my network. LED on Ethernet are solid green and flashing yellow and the tiny internal LED is solid red. I cannot find this LED combination in the user manual troubleshooting steps. Has anyone had this issue? Started a week ago.

  Try to go here https://diag.firewalla.com/

  If you don’t see the blue plus there, then likely your unit may need reset or flash.

  It does shop up, but says pairing expired on 5/21 and to power cycle to restart the pairing process. Not sure what caused this, but I have power cycled this unit 4 times in the last 2 hours, but does not pop up anything on the app to pair.

  Have you flashed the SD card yet? if not, try that

  I am facing a similar issue. My Blue Plus was only showing a solid red light, so I flashed the microsd card with the stable img.  I deleted the Blu Plus in my Firewalla App and tried pairing it with the flashed Blue Plus.  The Green light is now flashing on the Blue Plus, but after many attempts the Firewalla app will still not find it.

  I am on the same network as the blue plus and even put my phone in airplane mode, then turned on the wifi only so it only had one network path.  Not sure what to do now.
