Devices are not visible
Hello!
I just setup my firewalla (and new router) yesterday. So I have the setup:
Old cable router (AVM 6590) connected to internet, Firewalla Gold with WAN-Port connected to old cable router, new Synology WRX560 router connected to LAN 3 of Firewalla Gold and finally my network is plugged into the WRX560 (working in bridge mode).
I also setup 3 wifi networks (normal, guests, kids). Everything went fine until I added my first device to the guest network. It didn't show up. Same for kids. If I switch from guests or kids network to the normal, the devices are still invisible, but if I add a new device to normal it shows up immediately.
Also the alarms are funny. For all devices I added before I added the first to guest, the device name is shown in the alarm, for all other devices the router is shown: For all devices I added guest e.G. AND for the devices I added to normal after I added the first to guest.
I don't know what to do. I am trying for hours now.
Best greetings
Ingo

If your WiFi in AP mode? see https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/360048543713-Firewalla-Tutorial-Using-your-existing-router-in-bridge-AP-mode-Gold-Purple-
And also, is your guest network a guest network in the wifi? if it is, that may be hidden by the wifi using NAT, so you will see everything come out as one device (from the wifi node)

Yes my WIFI is in AP-Mode (Bridge Mode).
For the guest network it's true it was NAT Mode, but not for the kids network. Same issue there.
So I deactived NAT mode, turned of WLAN in a device, reactivated and it's stil not visible.
More important: If I connect a device that was in the (nat enabled) guest network or the (nat disabled) kids network to the standard network, it still doesn't show up.
