Purple in transparent bridge mode no more internet connection

Suddenly, my network had no more internet connection. After some searching, it is the Firewalla Purple that blocks all access. When I connect the WAN side directly to my network, everything works. Nothing has changed in the network. I did a reset of the Firewalla with a restore of the data, but same issue... Anyone an idea?

  If your Purple is connected directly to the WAN then it should be in router mode, not bridge mode as suggested by your title. What is your network configuration?

  I created a ticket for you. Best for us to look at the logs (if can't, we can also check logs from our side)
