Wake on LAN across vlans

I am trying to do WOL across Vlan,  I have 4 vlans, I want to send magic packets from a device in vlan63 to a device in vlan1, vlan60 

How do I achieve this with firewalla red

  You can't do vlans with Firewalla Red.

  Ah! no worries. So there is a wake feature in the Firewalla app. Will that suffice or are you trying to do this directly from devices?

  I hate to resurrect this, but I'm trying to do exactly this - I know WoL works because I can use the firewalla feature to wake my pc, but I want my hubitat home automation hub to be able to send a magic packet from the IOT vlan to the PC vlan (which currently does not work). How can I get firewalla to allow this?

  WOL is a layer 2 packet, and that packet can't move from VLAN to VLAN. 

  If you are using VqLAN (via firewalla AP7), you should be able to do this. Since VqLAN is layer 2 only
