Mulitcast issue

I am totally new to home networking but having a lot of fun learning. I got a TP link managed switch and wifi-ap with a purple. I worked to get up my vlans set up and most everything is working great. The only trouble I am having is getting my casting to work from my Lan to my iot vlan. I am not 100% what settings I am missing. I have the mDNS reflector turned on. I set up a rule to allow for traffic from my LAN to the media streaming devices on the the iot_vlan. I turned on/have been playing with the multicast settings in omada but not having any luck. Anyone else get this to work with omada and purple?
