Google Pixel monitoring

I opened a service request, probably two years ago or more, about my Pixel 2 not being compatible with my Firewalla blue in simple mode. I tired DHCP mode too. The issue being that when it was monitored, it would constantly disconnect from WiFi. Firewalla was not able to figure it out. I also opened a ticket with eero support, thinking that my mesh AP's might have had something to do with it, but they could not find anything either, so I just lived with my Pixel 2 being the only thing I could not monitor. Several month back I upgraded to a Pixel 4 5G, but it acts exactly the same way. No other phones of my family or guests have this issue (unfortunately no one else has had a Pixel either), and my Pixels work fine on all other WiFi networks they have been on (no one I know has a Firewalla so can't compare there either). Any ideas? Does anyone have a Pixel that works fine?

  I have this issue on my Pixel 7 Pro.

  If turning monitoring off helps, you'd think there should be a whitelist that could help instead? Maybe firewalla blocks certain Google services or DNS which makes pixel decide to drop WiFi?

  Would love to see a fix rather to just no monitoring

  Please see this article on why and also the workaround. The main issue with pixel is it somehow does not like arp spoofing when configured in a certain way. https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/20994764766227-Why-My-Pixel-Keep-Disconnecting-

  Hi thanks for the quick reply. I tried solution 2 but the outcome is the same: reconnect/disconnect

  Cannot try solution 1 as I cannot even see the pixel in devices anymore - maybe as it does not connect long enough to get registered by firewalla?

  After Android updates, I sometimes check to see if Firewalla simple mode is compatible again. After this latest security update on 14, it seems to work again. Curious if anyone else has the same experience?
