Unblocking Incoming IP - Firewalla Gold
I know I'm just being stupid, but I cannot understand how to unblock a particular incoming IP address... I'm trying to remotely access a WebDAV server on my LAN. The URL looks like this: http://yyy.zzz.com:XXXX - but the yyy.zzz.com IP is always getting blocked. I have several other incoming remote services (non http://) that are *not* getting blocked - I assume it's something to do with the http:// WebDAV request. I do have a rule set, but since that's only TCP/UDP, I assume it won't help. Any advice most appreciated. TIA.

Thank you for your reply.
I'm still stuck. Here's my topology:
Firewalla Gold > LAN > DiskStation (WebDAV server on port 5005)
Even with the DiskStation on "Emergency Access", the incoming IP is getting blocked upstream - i.e. I can see it blocked from my main screen flows (at the top). Nothing is getting through to the DiskStation. And I can't create a rule to route that incoming port to the DiskStation, because the WebDAV syntax is "http://[Firewalla]:5005", and routing rules only allow for TCP or UDP incoming syntax, not "http://".
BTW, I *can* access the DiskStation WebDAV server *locally*, at "http://192.168.1.XXX:5005" - that connects perfectly.
Again, I know I'm being stupid somehow, but I've searched endlessly for a solution, and I'm stumped.

Okay - got it working. It was several things I was doing wrong.
First: The syntax for the connection should have been "https://[UserName]@[Firewalla]:5006".
Second: I had to change the TLS/SSL Profile Level on my DiskStation to "Intermediate compatibility".
I now have connectivity, though it seems kind of unstable...still working on it.
