Couple Questions
Hello, I don't have a tech friend to ask so I come here. Again my knowledge is quite small, but I read and reread all the posts I can find to help teach myself.

Should wireless ap's be on their own network segment? I had two routers in aimesh mode until this. I wired my home though recently and added FWG. I had one router (older one) for sale. It didn't sell so, I placed one down stairs as a guest network broadcasting 2.4ghz signal with the other newer model upstairs broadcasting only 5ghz signal as were mostly upstairs anyway. Both connect to the same switch that feeds the home. Should these be connected to FWG and segmented separately from LAN devices? But I only have 1 port left.. is there any advantage to this? Disadvantage? I also have two rooms left to run wire to downstairs, but my switch does not have the room so I also though this would create that space. Again, sorry for dumb questions I just don't have anyone to ask personally.

It is a bit hard to follow in your descriptions. Segmentation is purely dependent on how you want your network to look, or where to place your devices.
For example, you can use port 1 as one segment, and attach wifi in bridge mode to it. Or port 2 as another segment with its own wifi. But, if you have a VLAN switch, you can connect the switch to port 1 and use VLAN x, and y to segment.
