Firewalla Went Offline

Woke up this morning to the Firewalla being offline. I power-cycled, nothing - still unavailable. Power-cycled again, reset the switch it was connected to. Firewalla app detects "a new Firewall" and asks to pair, which I do. Before that I a couple things on my network off-line (like my Smartthings hub (for smart house stuff)), but the moment the Firewalla came back online on the re-pair, the Smartthings hub popped-up as online. The Firewalla had been working without issue or any changes since I purchased and configured a few weeks ago. Any ideas ?

  1. Which Firewalla product do you have?

  2. Do you have kids that may learn how to reset the unit?

  3. I have created a ticket for you and we may need support info to check the unit.

  2. No kids/etc that would be trying anything like resets
