How does firewalla block internet traffic of modern devices using IPv6 and multiple rotating IPv6 addresses?

Will it allow me to block all device traffic by device MAC?

  Block is MAC based (if you specify the source device). You can also match the target (destination) as well. See https://help.firewalla.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008521833-Manage-Rules
