Firewalla Blue+ Network Speed

I was having some Network Speed issues so I removed the Firewalla device, speeds increased 500%. Put the device back into the network and I received a message in the FireWalla App that my network had switched form 1 Gb to 100Mb. Again, reduced speeds. Any idea of what caused the change??

  The message of switching 1Gb to 100Mb is your link speed. When this happens, try to change the ethernet cable and see if it still does change anything

  maybe you can set the switch port fix to 1 GBit to try?
