Latest Update Causing Firewalla Gold to Frequently Stop Responding
Anyone else seeing this on Firewalla Gold since the Feb 2 update? 1.9750 (4ddfb8b1)
Multiple times throughout the day my Firewalla Gold stops responding completely. I can’t use the app to login or via Bluetooth and network traffic stops completely. The power and port lights are still on but nothing works. The fix is to do a power off/on on the box. I opened a ticket.

Man am glad I landed here and am not alone … exact same problem on my FWAG … started to happen on Feb 4th … internet drops, Dhcp leasing collapses , FWGA is uncontrollable and unresponsive!!! When I hard reboot the device it comes backup and logs are empty for the period of the issue and no internet outage is recorded in network performance … have contacted support and have a ticket open
