some time ago I turned on " strict rules for AdBlocking" all went well for about two weeks, when the FW Gold was updated earlier this morning it blocked connecting Bitdefender vpn. submitted a ticket to support... it had nothing to do with "can't access certain websites" : The BD vpn was dead in the water and couldn't connect to any of the vpn servers around the world, meanwhile my internet was fully up and running sans vpn
while checking through the settings I saw the ADBlock was strict, released that setting and low and behold that was the problem.
Having been a firmware developer years ago I recognize this as a bug in the new release. If I remember correctly we would refer to this as an "undocumented feature"
Good Luck troubleshooting this...

Kevin,
You mentioned that you had turned on "Strict Rules" for AdBlocking. Then you say after the update you checked ADBlock and it was strict. Did you mean to say that it was set to "Default" before the update then changed to "Strict" afterwards?
I ask because my wife works from home and she can connect to her company's VPN, but when she tried to connect to SAP, it will not let her. This didn't start until after this latest update. I have bypassed the firewalla by turning on my mobile hotspot and she can then connect using the different network. She can also go to a family member's home and can connect there. So I am concerned it is the firewalla. I even tried placing the laptop in the DMZ, but that did not work. It shows that AdBlocking is set for "Default".
I will go home this evening and try troubleshooting using the link above posted by Firewalla to see if that helps.
