Built-in DDNS host not resolving

    It does take up to 20 min for the DNS system to propagate, also, after you change DNS, you will need to flush your MAC/PC DNS cache for another test (this can be done by turning off and on your network wifi). If you already tried these and triple checked that there is no mistakes in the DDNS address (cut/paste error), let me know, I will create a case for you

    so I haven't changed anything on my DNS (so everything *should* be propagated) and I was using nslookup and specifying DNS servers (like Google's 8.8.8.8) and it still wasn't found, so I don't think that's it.

    I checked the name, so I don't believe I have a copy/paste error (note: copy doesn't seem to be an option, so I had to type). I can provide the assigned DNS name so you can check in case it's user error still :-)

    Here's a screenshot of what I tried (with the domain name partially scrubbed) in case you spot something I am doing wrong.
