Open VPN on iOS not connecting when on LTE

OpenVPN works on my LAN with the Firewalla, but when I test off my LAN (LTE), Open VPN will not connect.  Open VPN log says CONNECTING, then client terminated and restarted, then PAUSE

  Tap open VPN server, and look at port forwarding, if it fails, you need to fix that first.

  In Firewalla app, under VPN setup I have UDP port 1194.  Firewalla app says PORT FORWARDING is "COMPLETE" and OpenVPN App is "INSTALLED"

  In my router I have Port Forwarding setup with both Internal and External Port forwarded to 1194 with the LAN IP of Firewalla.  

  Still will not connect on LTE

  If that's the case, the problem may be your LTE (ISP) connection filtering. Try another WiFi outside of your network and see if it works

  Try changing the OpenVPN server configuration to TCP on port 443 and then try to connect. Your LTE provider may be filtering the connection, and sometimes switching to TCP 443 will bypass those filters.
