Ring Camera Blocks

does anyone have the magic rule that allows functionality of the Ring cameras but does not allow them to upload bulk video to the ring system when you don’t have the subscription?  I have no interest in having my cameras provide video data of my neighborhood to Ring but have not found a way to block the bulk uploads.  When i do ad hoc rules to block IPs that its uses it simply switches to another IP.  Been doing that for 3 months to no avail.  And the IPs are not in any grouping that can be blocked as a group.  

 

Thanks.  Attached is the ring info on what ports and access it uses.  Been trying to find the most restrictive rule that allows basic functionality only and have had no luck so far.

  Ring is cloud based, so if you block cloud access, it is likely ring will not work.
