Invalid QR code
I just received my new Gold Plus and when I try to install I get to the step that says to scan the QR code and after scanning I get a message that says "Invalid QR Code Please make sure you scan the QR code on the bottom of Firewalla box". I then click "Confirm" and it goes back to the step that says I need to scan the QR code. Not sure where to go from here?

I am trying to remember since I THINK I had same issue... do you have an older Firewalla Gold?
Apparently the app looked for and connected to my old Gold and not the plus... and scanning the new Gold Plus QR would say its invalid.
Tried the setup multiple time puzzled why it says QR invalid...
Make sure you switch off the older unit if still on.

Just to expand on this a bit. I think what happened is that I plugged in the new FWG+ and started adding it to the app right away, before it finished booting up. When I clicked on the "gold" as the unit I was installing only my older FWG was booted up and therefore the app went right to "Scan QR code".
The way I got it to work was to make sure the FWG+ was fully booted up before I tried adding it to the app. At that point when I selected "gold" both of my FWG's showed up and I had to select one to install.
As a side note, it was a pure guess on my part as to which of the units on the list in the app was the right one since it gives the MAC id in the list but that MAC id is nowhere on the box itself. Not sure if you can either add the MAC or reference some portion of the serial number or QR code number in the app instead. When I had them in separate rooms it was pretty easy since it told me that one was "very close" while the other was "far" but when they were both in my rack they both showed up as "very close"
