Lost the information/main page

I can only see the page that has inside and outside scan on it. I originally saw this and then set up my new firewalla and everything was great for about a week and then this page popped up. I still get alerts and notifications but I cant see the main page.

  " and then this page popped up"  can you give a brief description or screenshot of the page that popped up?  I assume you are using iOS.   Opening a support case, you can paste private info there.

  Its the page that has inside scan and outside scan on it. Thats all I can see. It says if you have a device you can plug it in now
