Can’t See Comments in Thread in Safari on iOS

I can see a thread that someone has started, but can’t see the corresponding replies to the thread in Safari on my iOS devices. I tried in Firefox, but I have cookie issues with Firefox that I can’t login due to the need of cookies.

  Likely issue with Zendesk, they told a previous user to clear cache on Safari, and that worked for her.

  All of the cache is always cleared in Safari for me, so it wasn’t that. I guess it will need to be updated on ZenDesk’s part eventually. Thanks :)
