Unable to block due to error "action alarm block failure"

Hi there,

I have a couple of items on my alerts list (attempted RDP access from IP addresses) that I cannot block through the iOS app. When I try to I get a red block at the top of the screen stating "action.alarm:block.failure"

I can block other alerts for RDP access on port 3389, but a couple of them return this error (I have restarted the app and the Firewalla device). 

Not sure if this is due to corrupt alert data or something.

  This is a bug in the system, it will be fixed in the next ios release.  Not all alarms are blockable.  For your particular case, if you have the screenshot send to us help@firewalla.com, if it is not private, share it here.  I am sure others are interested.

  Sorry for the later reply, we are still learning to navigate this community thing.  

  I have created a ticket for you to track this, this is a bug for sure.  As of block these alarms, becareful, these are what we called behavior alarms, which may or may not be legit ... so be careful.
