When scrolling thorugh Alerts on iPhone 6S, the option to unblock/revert changes vanishes

Not 100% of the time, but when looking through previously actioned Alerts on the app in iOS, the options to block/unblock etc vanish so it's impossible to revert an action that has been taken.

  likely UI bug.  To reproduce this, do you have to scroll back and forth from the alert screen?  I assume if you go out and come back to the alert menu, the problem will go away?
