Firewalla Gold, Google WiFi, and VLANs

I'm very new to networking so I need some help here. I've setup the Firewalla Gold based on the mesh workaround for Google WiFi. And have the following ports setup:

1. ISP > Firewalla
2. Firewalla > Google WiFi WAN
3. Firewalla > Google WiFi LAN
4. Firewalla > Managed Switch

I know the limitations of VLAN tagging with Google WiFi, but I was wondering if the managed switch could tag the wireless devices since Firewalla is assigning the IPs. Ideally I'd like to have a separate network for IoT, but I'm lost on how to create this properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Google WiFi does not support VLAN, even with a managed switch, the only thing you can do is segment the ethernet based devices.

  or if you have an old wireless router laying around, connect it to the managed switch create the VLAN for it and use that SSID for all IOT things.
