Block streaming & allow Disney

Successfully got streaming blocked. Then went to add an exception for youtube for one computer and received "Only blocking rules are supported when matching App."

Seriously?!

So, how do we globally block and pinhole allow?

  Allow rules are extremely complex to build, this is primarily due to, many streaming services uses cache servers all over the world. So it is not possible to build something that will work with everyone.

  If you have an app blocking rule, you simply turn it into an allow rule. Same policy. Different action.
