Replacement Power Adapter for Gold

Need to replace a dead power supply for Gold, Been looking around (Amazon, etc) but concerned about compatibility, Any advice on a suitable replacement would be appreciated,

  If your unit is less than 1 year old, we can replace the power supply under warranty. If not, you can check help@firewalla.com and see if there are any extra you can purchase. Otherwise, amazon you can find 12V 4 or 5Amp will work

  The unit was purchased direct from Firewalla in June of this year.

  How would I go about initiating a replacement request?
