DNS Resolution Issues For a single domain

Firewalla gold user here - I'm having a weird issue where DNS queries to webex.com won't resolve from behind my firewalla. It doesn't matter which resolvers I try, I've done a dig to 8.8.8.8, 1.1.1.2, 1.1.1.1, etc. and all deliver no response. Domain works fine while on VPN or cellular with my phone, but any client behind the firewalla can't resolve. I have the firewalla handing out 192.168.1.1 as DNS via DHCP and then the firewalla WAN is set to 1.1.1.2.

When I try to run the query, I get the following:

I don't have any blocking rules in place besides the default. Other domains seem to work just fine.

Anyone have any ideas?

If your official DNS 1.1.1.2?

Can you tap on devices, find the device you are doing the lookup, tap on that, and then turn on emergency access.

dig again and see if it replies. If it does, then you have a rules that's blocking. If not, then the issue is not related to firewalla
