Abnormal Upload alarms details: "IP Address Block"

I recently started looking at my doorbell's Abnormal Upload alarms, and noticed that some of the alarms had an "IP Address Block" in the Destination section.

What is that field; where did that info come from? Would it be safe to mute the ranges if they are shown?
