My blue has been running great for over two years. It just died. Cannot get to it. Unreachable. Followed your instructions and downloaded your re-image docs and was able to get it back up again like new. Thank you for providing excellent support. Mike

  Where can we found those instructions? I have exactly the same problem and my Firewalla blue blinks (ethernet) but I'm not able to pair or access it.

  Can someone help?
