Devices show offline

I have a Gold running in DHCP mode.  I recently created an IoT VLAN on my router.  Why does Firewalla show the IoT devices offline?  Is there a simple way to include the IoT devices?

I am able to get to the IoT devices from my default net.

  Can you confirm first you are running in DHCP mode? In general, the Gold is really good at router mode and it can manage VLAN's. If you are running in DHCP mode, can you paste your network manager screenshot here? we can take a look at how you configured the unit
