How to pre-stage a Firewalla Gold

I need to preconfigure the Firewalla (VLANs, DHCP reservations, DNS, policies, etc.) so that I can quickly swap it. How does one gain administrative access to configure the device prior to deployment?

  What I do is following

  Main router ->[another router]<--> Firewalla

  You can use this to configure the Firewalla to be exactly like the main router; the "another router" basically NAT and prevent subnet colliding.

  When done, just turn off main router and move firewalla there.
