Does Firewalla use dnsmasq? Assign specific DNS to certain hosts?

Currently I am running an ERX and have customized the DHCP server to assign specific DNS servers to a handful of hosts on my network.

I achieve this by tagging:

dhcp-option=tag:USA,option:dns-server,169.53.182.125,169.54.68.85

Then for each host mac address I associate it with the tag:

dhcp-mac=set:USA,c8:3a:6b:26:c8:76

Is this possible with the Firewalla or can I achieve the same effect via another method?
