Reset video sites list

Is there any way to reset the Video Sites list (or indeed the other "built-in" lists)? I deleted a couple of entries from mine, when I should have instead created a separate Allow rule. I can (and have) manually add them to the list, but it would be much nicer not to have to do that, and may even break something in the future if the list is updated, I suppose.
