Please Help - Need Validation before Purchasing More Networking Hardware
BLUF: after seeing what was going on my Network when I connected and configured the Firewala purple as a router. I want to get rid of my Netgear router. I have configured the Firewalla purple in both router mode and in simple mode. In simple mode I was using my Netgear router as a router which provided me with two local 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz LANs. It also provides me with 2 Guest LANs for each local LANs. The router has 3 ethernet ports which I have three PCs connected to. My goal was to separate out my wireless IOT devices, my wireless Guest devices from my wireless local Lan devices. Not possible with the Netgear router. So I spent the better part of two days doing research to see if I can find compatible network hardware that will allow me to accomplish this using the firewalla purple router. Here's what I think will work to accomplish the security and segmentation. Configure the Firewalla purple as a router. Connect it to a Netgear S350 Smart Switche (GS308T).

Connect the 3 PCs via ethernet to the switch put them in a VLAN with the wireless Local LAN devices. Use a Netgear WAX620PA access point

to connect my wireless IoT, Guest and Local LAN devices to the switch. Have I selected the right hardware to make this work using the Firewalla purple VLAN tagging to achieve segmentation. Please note this is my first attempt at trying this and I don't have a lot of money to spend. I know these are probably stupid questions to this group, but I am learning on the fly.
Any and all responses and suggestions greatly appreciated!
