VPN stats in network flow

Anyone may know what is this "VPN app" might be? This a screenshot of my desktop PC network flows in the last 24 hrs. Never paid attention to it prior. I tried to correlate time stamps with "History" flow but cannot make anything useful out of it. In some cases - it seems like VPN time stamp starts right when computer is turned ON (and the first entry in "History" flow shows destination as "www.microsoftconnecttest.com") and in other times - computer already was ON for a while and this "VPN app" seems like comes and goes. I tried to correlate time stamp with using Opera browser (which has its own VPN built in), with Team Viewer, etc. but none matches. As of now - just curious...don't want to become paranoid :-)
