Identify Device in Alarms

New user to all this but after searching can't find an understandable (to me) answer. When I get an alarm notification about what sites users on my network are accessing, the device it reports is always just the WiFi router. I thought searching MAC address would help but evidently the first six digits return router manufacturer. I thought I'd be able to ID the devices themselves that eat bandwidth. Is there in fact a way? Using Purple but upgrading to Gold

  EERO says it "knows best" but selecting bridge instead of auto fixed it. Thanks!
