WiFi adaptor on Gold turning on and off.

Just installed my adaptor a couple weeks ago.  For some reason it keeps turn off and back on or disconnecting from the only two devices that i'm using on it (phone and tablet).  Random mac was turned off, but still drops or disappears.  When watching videos on tablet it locks up and disappears. Went threw a lot of the settings turn on and turn off different things.  

Anyone else having this issue?

  Are you using the WiFi in AP mode? How far are you from the Wifi?

  I created a ticket for you. May I know if you have a lot of other wifi AP's around you?

  I have one other AP, it is a comcast x1. It is about 5 ft away on the other side of a wall. I use the firewalla for my personal network, and the rest of the house is on the main comcast network.

  Well followed the email I received and no change. 
  
  I did also notice that when I start (try) to watch a video on Facebook or Instagram, the Wi-Fi locks up(stops working) and the Wi-Fi basically does a rest, basically drops off my tablet and phone even though I'm not using my phone.
