Issues with Ad blocking

Lately I have been noticing an issue with Ad Block not working with the FWG. Its enabled, Ad List is set to Strict and enabled for all devices. It was working flawlessly over the past year, but lately even with it enabled ads are now showing within pages, apps and clicking those sponsored ad links within a google search route to that site and not error out like it did before. Nothing has changed within my network setup or configuration of the FWG. I have done the following steps in troubleshooting but Ad Block is still not working:

Troubleshooting steps:

Turned off and on the Ad Block feature on the FWG.

Opted out of the Beta program and reverted back to stable.

Restarted FWG

Cleared DNS cache on my devices

What else can I try next other than factory resetting?

    Check if you are using these. They hide DNS requests

    * icloud private browsing

    * using DoH on the device

    * VPN is active on the device
