Smart Queue: 'high priority' on certain devices?

If you have a upload/download rate limit on Smart Queue as 'default'. ... is it also worth giving 'high priority' status to certain devices on the network (mobile devices, etc)?

  I have a whole network with a limited rate .... but I also have a few computers, sites, traffic that has higher priority than the rest of the network.
