Cannot add IPv6 alarm setting manually

I have an alarm from boxA to an IPv6; click to mute for that one device; that works. However, when I try to add the same IPv6 address as an alarm setting manually it does not recognize it is valid so OK does nothing and the window never closes. Tried on both the Firewalla MSP and the Android app; both failed.
