New Purple DOA?

I am trying to install a new Purple but it appears to be DOA?

I tried to power up with the provided power brick and cable but can get no signs of life from the unit.  I have also tried two different power supplies and cables on known good outlets with the same result.  Am I missing something or did I just unlucky with a DOA unit?
