Delete devices bug

I was able to delete three devices, but when I went back to delete three more delete didn't work.

I selected four devices by checking the boxes; clicked DELETE, then clicked DELETE in the confirmation window. 

I was returned to the devices screen with the devices still available and the check boxes still checked.  This screenshot is after the delete process.

  Update: logged and and back in and tried again.  Same results but now I get a "Failed to Delete Devices" but no reason why.
