MSP Portal Connectivity Lost After Factory Reset
Just opened a ticket for this (48024).
We were testing our Purple and running some tests last week including what happens after a factory reset.
We think we found a bug - or at least something that needs a Story written and put in the backlog.
When a device is factory reset it doesn't automatically get readded back to the MSP account when back online.
All that said, can you please readd our Purple back to our MSP site at central.firewalla.net?
We also found a bug when you fixed our account name on the MSP, it didn't fix the name on the device on the phone app.
