help.firewalla.com on crypto list?

i wants to read a help articel at help.firewalla.com but my browser said that the site could not be reached. i've done diagnostic in firewalla rules part. i've filled in help.firewalla.com in domain and my imac as device. the result was "crypto list" as targetlist was listed. Indeed after pausing the rule, the help.firewalla.com site was available again.

a bit confusing. actually i thought crypto list is sth else, isn't it? Am i thinking wrong or is it a mistake that help.firewalla.com is on this list?

  are you blocking crypto using domain? or default method?

  This is because one of the crypto sites also use zendesk as supporting service. Using default method will block all zendesk IP addresses.

  You may change it to "Domain Only". This mode can block most of traffic without impacting other domains using the same IP addresses.
